Shipping and Delivery Policy:
In order to facilitate your satisfaction, we generally make the rings upon your order to
your specifications; our delivery time is within 10-14 business days of payment
clearing through our bank account. (Please note: PayPal and Credit Cards take 3-4
business days to clear)
All Platinum or Palladium plain bands are delivered within 7 business days of
payment clearing through our bank account – guaranteed.
In the event that funds have cleared, rush deliveries are available upon request.
Normally domestic shipments are done through FedEx 2nd day. Insurance is
included in the Shipping and Handling charge.
International shipments are done via USPS Express Mail or Registered Mail. (Please
note: All taxes and duties and clearing costs are the consumer’s responsibility.)
If a package is returned to us, a new fee will be required in order to resend the item.
Finger Size Policy:
The standard stock finger sizes are size 10 for Men and size 6 for Lady’s.
Our rings carry a lifetime finger size guaranty, per gender, up to size 8 for ladies and
up to size 11 for men.
For a men’s ring over size 11, there will be a charge (varries according to the ring
specification) for every finger size unit or partial unit over size 11.
All other finger size ranges resizing is complimentary.
Unless the buyer notifies us the finger size at the time of payment, the ring will be
shipped in the aforementioned stock size.
